After the tremendous success of the CLA Game Fair at Ragley Hall last year where we had 20 shoot owners exhibiting, we at GunsOnPegs would like to offer you the chance to join us again this year.
CLA Game Fair at Blenheim Palace, Woodstock, Oxfordshire is 22nd – 24th July
We are canvassing interest at this stage as this will give us an idea of the number of stands required which will affect the design of the stand layout. Last year we had stands that were situated very much in a row. This year we are considering making the entire stand more open enabling visitors to walk around the stand to meet exhibitors. Subject to the number of stands, we may also go for a stand on 2 floors with a hospitality section upstairs.
The costs of the stand are similar to last year. For a 1 metre plot, pod style desk, a rear graphic, 1 exhibitor pass the cost will be £495 + VAT plus extra for additional exhibitor tickets for each day.
This is a great opportunity not only to get new business but to entertain your existing clients in a professional atmosphere.
This year we will be promoting all shoots prior to the show, all shoots will be in our GunsOnPegs Shoot Booklet handed out to over 5,000 visitors, there will be a Virtual stand online for those coming to see who you are, we will also be having a number of attractions over the 3 days to pull even more shooting people onto the stand, additional promotion from Eley Cartridges, Musto and Hunter.
This year we are changing the format to allow more walk ways through the stand & encouraging people to stop at our shop, view a cookery demonstration plus much more, thus increasing the number of quality people on the stand.
For a larger plots of say of 2 metres +, the cost will be incremental, however we may present some alternative options subject to demand for stands.
Scottish Game Fair at Scone Palace, Perth, Perthshire, is the 1st- 3rd July
