This round of the competition closed on February 3rd, 2010. The winning entry and runners up are shown below and were chosen by our external judge for this month, Phil Coley of The Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust.

this is from left to right charlie green, henry louth, oliver fountain and robert bently. this was on steven greens shoot in lincolnshire we shot 26 all together on 2 ponds and had a cracking dog with us jetta she saved the night with her picking up very good night.

Walking Gun- this image of me (Tosh
McIntosh) was taken on by wife Carol on her mobile . After this drive the shoots first aid book (Bridge and Grange Farm - Suffolk) had its first ever entry as my knees got ripped apart when going through the wood in the distance.
 
This is a picture of my son “Archie” who was helping me release partridge on the shoot back in August. He was 2 ˝ years old and delighted to be able to cuddle one before it fled the calling pen.
It is a small shoot in Bucks.
